Lake Local Schools participates in the National School Lunch Program.  Please fill out the free and reduced application attached below if you think you may qualify for free or reduced meals.  All students/families that qualify for the FREE lunch program will be eligible to have their student fees waived as well but you must fill out sections 1-6 and sign section 5 and 6 on the application.

 

All students have (or will have) a school lunch account number.  This number is unique to every student.  This number allows us to build a history of sales for each and every student while maintaining privacy for those on the free and reduced lunch program.   Each student’s account will have their picture on it to prevent other students from using their account.  This also allows us to add messages to a student’s account at the parents request such as ‘lactose intollerant’ or ‘ice cream only once a week’.  These messages can be added by sending a note in with your child or calling the Foodservice Office at 330-877-4742.  We look forward to serving you and your kids!
