KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for Lake Local in Stark County

Read the information below to prepare for Kindergarten registration and then click the registration link at the bottom to begin.

We are so excited to welcome your child to kindergarten and begin this wonderful journey of learning and growth together! Registration for the 2025-2026 school year opens on February 1, 2025, and is for children who will be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2025. To help you get started, here are basic steps to complete the registration process:

• Start the Final Forms Process: Visit our district website to access Final Forms.  Create an account for your child. Click HERE for directions. Click HERE to go directly to Final Forms.

• Gather Required Documents: Prepare the required documents listed in final forms.

• Bring Required Documents into Lake Primary: Once you have created a Final Forms account and have gathered the necessary documents, please bring those items into the school-do not upload from home.  They will all be uploaded for you.

• The Lake Primary School office is open for you to come in on any school day until 3:30.  
• Can't make it during the day...need an evening time to come in? The Lake Primary School office will be open until 6:00 on the following dates:
  • April 10th and 23rd
  • March 13th and 31st 
  • February 12th and 26th  

Completing your steps: We kindly ask that you make sure you complete all registration steps in a timely manner.  If you begin the process in February, please have all documents in the office by February 28th.  If you begin in March, please have all documents in the office by March 31st.  If you begin in April, please have all documents in the office by April 30th.
