It is an honor to serve as the Superintendent of Lake Local Schools. As I begin my first year with this incredible district, I want to express how excited I am to be part of a school community that is deeply committed to student success, academic excellence, and strong community partnerships.

Lake Local Schools has a proud tradition of excellence, ranked in the top 6 percent of all schools in Ohio, and it is clear that this success stems from the dedication of our staff, the engagement of our families, and the unwavering support of the Lake community. From the moment I arrived, it has been evident that Lake is a special place where students are known, supported, and challenged to be their best.

Our district lives out its motto, "Every Child, Every Minute, Every Day", by putting students at the center of everything we do. With a mission of Educating Generations, Serving Our Community, we are committed to preparing students not just for graduation, but for a lifetime of success, whether that means college, career, military, or any path they choose.

As Blue Streaks, our vision is clear: We will be Career Ready. Through rigorous academics, outstanding arts and music programs, meaningful relationships, and real-world learning opportunities, we are equipping students with the skills and confidence to thrive in an ever-changing world. We believe that every student should feel empowered, supported, and inspired during their time with us.

We are also deeply committed to living our core values: To be Responsible, Respectful, and Safe, and we will continue to build a culture where those principles guide our daily actions and decisions.
